Ask ChatGPT who you are before you change anything

Before you rewrite a page or hire anyone, find out where you actually stand. This takes about ten minutes and it will change what you work on first.
Prompt one: your own name
Ask: who is [your full name], real estate agent in [your city]? Read the answer carefully. Right details? Confident tone? Or is it politely describing someone else with your name?
Prompt two: the seller question
Ask: who is the best listing agent in [your city] for a family selling their first home? Write down every name it gives. If it refuses to name anyone, that is a market with the space still open.
Prompt three: your specialty
Ask the question you would want to be the answer to. Relocation, downsizing, historic homes, whatever you actually do. Narrow questions are where a solo agent can win first.
Prompt four: the same thing in Perplexity
Run your seller question in Perplexity and look at the numbered sources. Those pages are your real competition. Open two of them and see what they answer that you do not.
Save your answers in a document with today's date. Run the same four prompts in ninety days. That comparison is the only progress report in this work that means anything.
