Book me to speak

The short answer

I speak to associations, brokerages, and conferences about AI search for real estate agents. Sessions run from a 30 minute general session to a hands on half day workshop, and every one uses live searches in the host market so the room sees the gap for itself.

The thing that makes these sessions land is that I am still selling real estate. I am not describing a trend from outside the industry. I am reporting what happened when I tested something last month and what it did to my pipeline.

What can I speak on?

  • The Recommended Agent

    45 to 60 minutes, keynote

The full framework. What AI search is, why it changed lead flow, and the five steps agents can run to become the name AI gives out. Ends with a checklist the room can start on Monday.

  • Your Next Client Is Asking AI

    30 minutes, general session

The short, high energy version. Live demonstrations in ChatGPT and Perplexity using the room's own market, so people see the gap for themselves instead of taking my word for it.

  • AI Search Workshop

    Half day, hands on

Working session. Attendees leave with their Google Business Profile fixed, their first answer page drafted, and a review request script they will actually use.

Questions event planners ask

What audiences do you speak to?
Association events, brokerage conferences, team retreats, and industry podcasts. The material scales from a 20 person office meeting to a main stage.
Do you customize the talk?
Always. I run live searches in the host market before the event so the examples on screen are the audience's own towns and competitors.
Do you do virtual events?
Yes. The live demonstration portion works well on screen share, and virtual sessions are easier to schedule on short notice.
What do you need from the venue?
A screen, reliable internet for the live searches, and a handheld or lavalier mic. That is it.
How far in advance should we book?
Two to three months is comfortable. I can sometimes fill a late cancellation, so ask even if your date is close.
