You probably have plenty of five star reviews. If most of them say some version of great to work with, highly recommend, they are doing almost nothing for you in AI search.

A model can read review text. It cannot extract meaning from a compliment. What it can extract is a place, a situation, and an outcome.

The sentence

When you send the review link, add this: if you can mention the neighborhood and what your situation was, it helps other people in the same spot find me.

That is it. It is honest, it is easy to say out loud, and it gives the client something concrete to write about instead of a blank box.

What changes

  • Before: Will was fantastic, made the whole process easy, highly recommend.
  • After: We were relocating from Ohio and needed to sell our house in Holly Springs fast. Will had it under contract in eleven days and handled a septic issue that would have killed the deal.

The second one names a place, a situation, a timeline, and a problem solved. Every one of those is a fact a model can repeat to someone asking a similar question.

Do this on every closing for a year and you will have thirty pieces of specific, quotable, third party evidence. That is a stronger asset than almost anything you could buy.
